Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY SESSION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS All sessions booked with Robert Amaya are non-refundable. By scheduling and paying for sessions, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS * Emergency situations are the only acceptable grounds for session cancellation. * In the event of an emergency cancellation, one (1) rescheduling opportunity will be provided. * If two or more sessions are cancelled in sequence, all remaining sessions will be automatically cancelled without refund, unless prior authorization has been granted. * Only one make-up session may be carried at any given time. MAKE-UP SESSION EXPIRATION * All make-up sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the original cancelled session date. * After 90 days, any uncompleted make-up sessions will be automatically cancelled without refund. * This 90-day expiration policy applies to all make-up sessions, regardless of the reason for the original cancellation. INDUSTRY COMMITMENTS Robert Amaya is an active member of the Film and Entertainment industry and a sought-after speaker. As such: * Sessions may occasionally require rescheduling to accommodate professional commitments. * These schedule adjustments: * Are considered standard rescheduling of sessions * Do not count as make-up sessions * Will not affect the status or continuity of your scheduled sessions * Are not subject to cancellation under the emergency cancellation policy AGREEMENT By booking sessions with Robert Amaya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this policy. This includes the no-refund policy, emergency cancellation provisions, make-up session expiration terms, and potential scheduling adjustments due to industry commitments.
